Delete your account and data

You can delete your Ozemplus account (Juma Apps LLC) and all the data linked to it at any time, directly inside the app — the same app where you created it. Deletion is free, and you do not need to give a reason.

Before you delete

  • Keep a copy if you want one. Inside the app you can export your diary as CSV or PDF. After deletion there is no way to recover it.
  • Cancel your subscription in the store. Deleting your account does not cancel Ozemplus Premium. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play so you are not billed again.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open Ozemplus and go to More.
  2. Scroll to the Account section.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account and all synchronized data are deleted right away, and the app also erases everything stored on that device — including progress photos, which never leave your phone.

If you can no longer open the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete account", from the same email address as the Google or Apple account you sign in with (if you chose to hide your email with Apple, write from the Apple ID that uses that relay address). We will confirm receipt, run a simple identity check so that nobody can delete your account on your behalf, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you used Ozemplus without an account (anonymous) and can no longer open the app, there is no email that links you to the data. Uninstalling the app erases everything on the device; write to us if you also want the cloud copy removed and we will explain how to identify it.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in account (Google, Apple or anonymous) and the linked email address, if any
  • Profile: name, height, starting weight, goal weight, medication and dose
  • Weigh-in history
  • Injection log
  • Pen and dose inventory
  • Reminder settings
  • Daily habits and habit goals
  • Symptoms and side effects
  • Body measurements

What may be kept

  • Backups are purged within 30/90 days after deletion.
  • Purchase and transaction records may be retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They contain no health data.
  • Data that Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Superwall hold about your subscription follows their retention rules; it is linked only to a random app user ID and contains no health data.

Only want to delete some data?

You do not need to delete your account. Inside the app you can remove weigh-ins, injections, symptoms, measurements and photos one by one.
